Программа развития ООН в Республике Казахстан (ПРООН) продлевает конкурс на привлечение Национального эксперта по оценке воздействия изменений климата на Или-Балхашский бассейн.

Следующие документы в формате ПДФ (PDF) должны быть приложены к Вашему предложению и отправлены на procurement.kz@undp.org c указанием Ref.2020-127 в теме письма не позднее 17.00 ч. времени Нур-Султан 14 октября 2020 г.:

1. Должным образом заполненное и подписанное письмо заявителя к ПРООН, подтверждающее интерес и готовность для задания индивидуального подрядчика; Финансовое предложение в национальной валюте должно включать все расходы по контракту, с указанием подробной разбивки расходов согласно прилагаемой формы ПРООН;
2. Детальное резюме, включающее в себя весь предыдущий опыт и навыки, релевантные для выполнения задания, а также всю необходимую контактную информацию кандидата (электронный адрес, телефон и т.д.);
3. Краткое эссе кандидата в свободной форме, описывающее видение и подходы в выполнении технического задания.
4. Копии диплома/ов.

В связи с техническими особенностями электронной почты, размер файла не должен превышать 19 Mb на одно электронное письмо. Должно быть не более 3 сообщений по электронной почте (укажите Ref.2020-127 в теме письма и очередность сообщений).

Неполные заявки будут исключены из дальнейшего рассмотрения. Из-за большого количества заявок, которые мы получаем, о результатах или статусе процесса отбора мы сможем информировать только успешных кандидатов.

Предложения, полученные после указанного срока, не будут приниматься к рассмотрению.

United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Kazakhstan is extending a competition for the services of National expert on assessing the impact of climate change on the Ili-Balkhash basin.

Place of work: Home-based.

The following documents in PDF format must be attached to your offer and sent to procurement.kz@undp.org with Ref.2020-127 in the subject not later than 17:00 p.m. Nur Sultan Time zone, October 14, 2020:

1. A duly completed and signed letter from the applicant to UNDP confirming interest and readiness for the assignment of an individual contractor; the Financial proposal must include all contract costs, with a mandatory detailed breakdown of costs (daily rate and estimated number of days to perform work on the TOR) according to the attached form; a sample is attached;
2. A detailed CV, including all previous experience and skills relevant to the task, as well as all the necessary contact information of the candidate (email address, telephone, etc.);
3. A short essay of the candidate in free form, describing the vision and approaches to the implementation of the technical task;
4. Copies of diplomas.

Due to the technical features of email, the file size should not exceed 19 Mb per email. There should be no more than 3 messages by e-mail (indicate Ref.2020-127 in the subject line of the letter and the order of the message). 

Incomplete applications will be excluded from further consideration. Due to the large number of applications that we receive, we can only inform successful candidates about the results or status of the selection process. 

Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted for consideration.
