Overview :

The purpose of this procurement exercise is to contract an individual consultant who will assist the International Aid Transparency Initiative (IATI) Secretariat in supporting partner country governments to better access and use IATI data. Building on previous research, the consultant will develop downloadable datasets that meet the needs of partner country data users. This includes: 1) Drafting a list of data fields to include, steps to process data, and proposed data outputs; 2) Finalizing list of data to include and steps to process the data; 3) Drafting interface and data outputs; 4) Finalizing interface, data outputs, and technical documentation. This work will result in the ability to download custom sets of IATI data needed by partner country governments.
