The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB-085-PHL-2020) for the Public access Wi-Fi services for State Universities and Colleges in the Philippines

Interested bidders are requested to register on the UNDP eTendering website - https://etendering.partneragencies.org  and search for the tender documents with the following information:

Please prepare your Bid in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in the ITB and submit it by the Deadline for Submission of Bids set out in Bid Data Sheet. Any and all amendments to the bid documents, responses to bidders' clarifications, and possible extensions of the deadline will be posted on the eTendering website. Please make sure you register on the website and click on the 'Accept Invitation' button for this event so you can receive notifications on posted updates.

For any clarifications on the bid documents and concerns on the etendering site, please write to  procurement.ph@undp.org and in the subject line, write: “ITB-085-PHL-2020: Public Access Wi-fi for SUCs”

A Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted on Tuesday, 13 October 2020, 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm (Manila Time).

A Zoom link will be provided to interested bidders who will confirm attendance with the UNDP focal point below. Please indicate name of company, name/s of representative, company address and email address and confirm by 9 October 2020.
