Overview
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) through its "Moldova Sustainable Green Cities" Project hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for:
Development of the GIS database of municipal parking lots
The objective of this assignment is to provide support to Chisinau Municipality in the development of the Parking GIS database based on existing and potential parking places counting. The counting should focus on “on-street” and “off-street parking”. The off-street parking lots refer to the possibility of the development of large open space parking, underground and multi-leveled parking (parking houses).
Your offer, comprising a Technical and Financial Proposals, shall be submitted in accordance with "Section 3: Bid Data Sheet" of RfP document. Please, pay attention to the submission requirements, especially to the fact that technical and financial proposals shall be submitted in separate files, while the financial proposal shall be password protected. The password shall not be disclosed unless required in written by UNDP. Please, ensure that no other documents are disclosing your financial proposal apart from Forms F and G which are password protected.
DO NOT DISCLOSE YOUR PRICE IN THE LINE ITEMS. YOU MUST PUT PRICE AS 1 IN THE SYSTEM AND PROVIDE THE FINANCIAL PROPOSAL AS ENCRYPTED FILE AS EXPLAINED ABOVE.
