Overview :

UNITED NATIONS SURINAME is seeking the services from interested and qualified Suriname nationals for the consultancy to write and design the Business Operations Strategy (BOS) for Suriname.

 In consideration of your qualifications, we are hereby inviting you to submit a quotation and signed P11 History form for this particular assignment. Please state clearly your availability for this assignment on the attached letter of confirmation of interest and availability.

 To assist you in understanding the requirements of this assignment, we have attached the following documents: 

a)      Term of Reference

b)      P11 form for completion;

c)       Letter of Confirmation of Interest and Availability

 

Please be guided by the Terms of Reference in preparing your documents, which must be emailed in English no later than 20 October 2020 at 24:00hrs SUR Time to the email address below:

In emailing your documents, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it reaches the e-mail address and the deadline as mentioned above.  Quotations that are received after the deadline, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. Before submitting your documents by e-mail, kindly ensure that it is signed and send in the pdf format.

 

Services proposed shall be reviewed and evaluated based on compliance with the requirements of the ToR. The Consultant that complies with all of the requirements, meets all the evaluation criteria and offers the best value for money, shall be selected and awarded the contract. Any offer that does not meet the requirements shall be rejected.
