| Overview : The purpose of this procurement exercise is to contract an individual consultant to review the UNDP space standards and develop a comprehensive real estate strategy to build efficiency in seating arrangements, including effective use of common spaces to maximize and improve the working environment. The work of the consultant will build on the ongoing efforts through UNDP’s HQ return to office plan and review of staffing patterns by Human Resources.
