| Overview : UNDP is supporting the Government of Botswana to establish a Legal Information Institute (LII) Project Office and develop a website (BotswanaLII) and mobile application under the auspices of the UNDP “Support to the Fulfilment of Human Rights, Access to Justice and the Empowerment of Youth and Women” Project (2018 – 2021).The BotswanaLII website and mobile application will provide access to Botswana’s legal and related information (policies, legislation, regulations, court judgments, Hansard and other Parliamentary documents and others) online and free of charge.The solutions shall at minimum consist of a public web facing interface, a searchable database and document repository, with multilevel security access and a backend content management system, amongst other technical and functional requirements. |
