Dear Sir / Madam: UNDP Azerbaijan kindly request you to submit your quotation for the procurement of medical masks within UNDP project “VET for the future: development of VET providers’ excellence in Azerbaijan”, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2. Quotations shall be submitted through e-tendering before the deadline indicated in e-tendering system for the bid event.
