- Delivery Incoterm: Please note that delivery incoterm for this tender has been revised. Interested bidders are required to submit the bid under “Cost, insurance, and freight” (CIF) incoterm to Port of Djibouti.

- Other Related Requirements: Section “5b: Other Related Requirements” of the ITB document has been updated. Bidders are advised to use the updated section 5b: Other Related Requirements” (Document name: Updated Section 5b: Other Related Requirements 29 October 2020), while preparing technical and financial bid.

- Expected Duration of Contract: The expected duration of contract has been revised from 6 months to 8 months, including the delivery to Port of Djibouti under CIF incoterm (i.e. 6 months production timeline and 2 months delivery timeline to Port of Djibouti). Bidders must ensure to comply with the revised contract timelines (A detailed workplan covering the production and delivery timeline must be provided with the bid)

- Buoys Compliance Sheet: Annex A “TECHNICAL COMPLIANCE SHEET” document has been updated to reflect the updated timelines. Bidders are advised to use the updated Technical Compliance Sheet document (Document name: Updated Buoys Compliance Sheet 29 October 2020), while submitting the technical bid/Technical Compliance Sheet document.

- Form F “Price Schedule Form”: Form F “Price Schedule Form” has been revised to reflect the updated incoterms, bidders are advised to use the updated Form F (Document name: Updated FORM F PRICE SCHEDULE FORM 29 October 2020) for the submission of financial offer. Please note that all equipment (except Fairway Buoy – QTY 1) must be containerized and containers will be retained at Djibouti port and will be property of UNDP Yemen Office.
