Please note that this process replaces the PROCESS Advertised on BU Code ZWE10 Event ID number 0000006991 which has been cancelled.
Bidders are requested to review the changes made and respond appropriately to the new, revised process.
Please note that we had challenges with our ERP system between the 30th of September and the 5th of October 2020. In this regard, we were not able to upload the changes and to activate the extension of the previous bid as anticipated.
We are quite aware of the new ATLAS password system and challenges that some bidders have faced in the first process. When bidders do not remember the old password and they use the “forgotten password” link when they try to log in the system, the forgotten password link will not work for the first time login after change, instead ATLAS security team need to reset the password which then bidders can use to log in.
A guide has been prepared that explains steps that bidders need to take and how to access the system covering all scenarios. This guide has been uploaded to UNDP website together with other eTendering guides and is automatically added to any tender notices created in UNDP website that is linked with an eTendering event.
Please note that after receiving all information as requested by the market, a revised ITB is now posted. In order to streamline bidder responses, we now have two Lots 1. HVAC and Lot 2 for Civil Works. Bidders can quote for either of the two and not both. In this regard, UNDP will award contracts to two bidders, one for HVAC systems which is a highly specialized field and the other for civil and electrical works. Minutes of the Prebid held against 0000006991 have been reviewed and amended to reflect the new requirements. Comprehensive BOQs have been duly uploaded.
