| Overview : Dear Sir / Madam: We kindly request you to submit your quotation for the Provision and installation of technical equipment for the establishment of blinded learning platform within Tishreen University in Lattakia governorate and supply ICT items to Al Furat University in Der Ezzor Governorate in 2 Lots., as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2.
