New changes in version-3:
1. The Site Inspection and pre-bid meeting schedules have been rescheduled on 6th November 2020. The interested bidders are requested to send the request by an email.

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject.

It is strongly encouraged for bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting and inspect the site and the office area of UN House, Pulchowk, Lalitpur in order to better understand the requirement.
If you are interested in submitting a Bid in response to this ITB, please prepare your Bid in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this ITB and submit it by the Deadline for Submission of Bids set out in Bid Data Sheet.
