Overview :

UNITED NATIONS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (UNDP) SURINAME is seeking the services from interested and qualified Suriname nationals for the consultancy to provide support to WHO FCTC Article 5. In consideration of your qualifications, we hereby invite you to submit a quotation and a UNDP P11 history form. Please state clearly your availability for this consultancy on the attached letter of confirmation of interest and availability.

To assist you in understanding the requirements of the consultancy, we have attached the following documents:

  1. Terms of Reference (TOR)
  2. UNDP P11 history form
  3. Letter of confirmation of interest and availability

please be guided by the TOR in preparing your documents, which must be emailed in English no later than 9 November 2020 at 24:00 hours Suriname time to the email address below.

In emailing your documents, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it reaches the e-mail address and the deadline as mentioned above. Quotations that are received after the deadline, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. Before submitting your documents by e-mail, kindly ensure that documents are signed and send in the pdf format.

Services proposed shall be reviewed and evaluated based on compliance with the requirements of the ToR. The Consultant that complies with all of the requirements, meets all the evaluation criteria and offers the best value for money, shall be selected and awarded the contract. Any offer that does not meet the requirements shall be rejected.
