| Overview : UNDP-Iran on behalf of UNODC-Iran intends to hire a qualified institute for providing assistance in conducting a brief qualitative review of access to selected harm reduction centers in the city of Tehran. Please be guided by the attched RFP package, in preparing your Proposal. Your proposal must be expressed in English, and valid for a minimum period of 90 days.
