| Overview : We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for “Online training and mentoring for youth on applying behavioural insights to peace-building in the Western Balkans (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia)” Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, in preparing your Proposal. Proposals may be submitted on or before Monday, November 16, 2020 at 14:00 hrs. via e-Tendering. Allowable Manner of Submitting Proposals: e-Tendering only. Bids not sent in e-Tendering system will not be considered. This will enable you to receive amendments or updates to the RFP. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate with the contact person/s identified in the attached Bid Data Sheet as the focal point for queries on this RFP.
