The purpose of this procurement exercise is to contract an individual consultant who will provide advisory support on : 1) design a corporate assessment and selection framework outlining strategies and approaches to be applied in the assessment of external and internal candidates for roles with UNDP at international and national professional levels, separate strategies and approaches should be applied to assess external and internal candidates, and 2) identify the most suitable tests (including psychometric tests) and other assessment tools which could be used in the assessment of abilities and competences for different roles and levels.
