We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for “Communications and advocacy services for a youth peacebuilding initiative in the Western Balkans (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia)” Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, in preparing your Proposal. Proposals may be submitted on or before Friday, November 27, 2020 at 14:00 hrs. via e-Tendering. Allowable Manner of Submitting Proposals: e-Tendering only. Bids not sent in e-Tendering system will not be considered. This will enable you to receive amendments or updates to the RFP.
