| Overview : Country: Pakistan Description of the assignment: Individual Contract: National Technical Specialist- Energy Audits of Natural gas based Captive Power Plants (06 x Consultants Required) – Re-Advertised Note: Firms are not eligible to apply for Individual Consultancies. However, individual consultants can be hired if they are working for another firm. For this the correct modality is an RLA. A Reimbursable Loan Agreement (RLA) is an instrument used to engage individuals employed with another legal entity or Firm. Proposal is submitted by the consultant and not the firm. When the selected candidate has indicated to UNDP that his/her engagement must be formalized through a reimbursable loan agreement signed by his/her employer with UNDP, the agreement shall be offered to his/her employer. The signatory organization/company/institution shall make the services of the selected individual contractor available to UNDP for a specified period. Project name: Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation-II Period of assignment/services (if applicable): The duration of the assignment will be 97 working days spread over a period of 4-5 months with effect from the date of signing of the contract Important Note: Final selected IC will be required to provide a statement of health certificate along with proof of health insurance.
