| Overview : Dear Sir / Madam: We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for the development and delivery of Multi-level Governance Tools, UNDP. The UNDP is looking for an external vendor to support the development of evidence-based tools that UNDP and partners can offer to national and local counterparts who are committed to address, in collaborative and innovative ways, the challenges and opportunities of Multi-Level Governance. Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 3, in preparing your Proposal. Proposals must be submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the eTendering system. Bids must be submitted in the online eTendering system in the following link: https://etendering.partneragencies.org using your username and password. If you have not registered in the system before, you can register now by logging in using the below credentials and follow the registration steps as specified in the system user guide.
