When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the RFQ Instruction and Data (Section 2). Please note that quotation must be submitted using the following documents/forms, of which the templates are attached: - Annex 2: Quotation Submission Form, and
- Annex 3: Technical and Financial Offer
Please submit the above documents on or before Thursday, 3 December 2020 at 17:00 (Western Indonesian Time, GMT+7) to e-mail: bids.id@undp.org The selection will be awarded to the most competitive quoted offer/price that is compliant to the requirement. Quotations submitted by email must be limited to a maximum of 10MB per transmission, virus-free and no more than 4 email transmissions. They must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected. It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline. Quotations that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. Your quotation shall be submitted with signature, in the .pdf format, and free from any virus or corrupted files.
