| Overview : Country : Pakistan National Consultant - Technical Expert required for gauging impact of UNDP environment and climate change work in GB and scope for future interventions Description of the assignment: The proposed assignment includes the measurement of impact of these initiatives on the lives of people and the environment and natural resources of the area, leading to the formulation of a future intervention strategy to build on current achievements and broaden the scope of UNDP portfolio to accommodate new challenges and aspiration. The study will take into account the perceptions and experiences of UNDP partners from civil society, government line agencies, research institutions and private sector to identify a list of most favorable interventions and assist UNDP in filling the gaps and identifying new initiatives. Project name: (00116100) = Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation Phase II Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 24th December 2020 – 24th March 2021 Duty Station: Islamabad and will travel to Gilgit-Baltistan for data collection, interviews and meetings.
