DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS

UNODC Programme office in the Republic of Kazakhstan is looking for suppliers of the technical equipment for the Situation Center in Nur-Sultan, Republic of Kazakhstan.
The technical equipment for the Situation Center at the premises of the Headquarters of the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Nur-Sultan city will include the delivery, assembly, commissioning works, equipment settings, basic training/instructions on equipment exploitation.
The Situation Center equipment system comprises a number of sub-systems that represent a complex of video display devices forming a videowall, multifunctional multi-monitor working places for operators and supervisor, control devices for managing the video streams and display modes of information, network infrastructure, integrated with the central data transmission network of the Border Service, telecommunication sub-systems (videoconference and IP) integrated with local systems of border objects, acoustic sub-systems, integration modules like video surveillance system, monitoring system (transport, cargos), data collection and processing system (container.com, ArcGis), access control and management, GIS and e t.c.
The delivery of the Goods/Services must be not more than 120 (one hundred and twenty) calendar days following the date the Contract/Purchase Order is signed by both parties and delivered at the following address: Republic of Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan city, ZIP Z10M9Y9, Zheltoksan street 48.
Please note that this is not an invitation for submission of a proposal. This is a request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) in order to identify qualified vendors interested in participating in the solicitation.
Vendors interested in the above supply must provide the completed Vendor Response Form (attached on page 3). UNODC ROCA will examine this EOI and reserves the right to select the invitees for competitive bidding. Accordingly, an expression of interest does not automatically warrant an interested vendor's participation in the competitive bidding exercise.
UNODC ROCA reserves the right to change or cancel any of this requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS / INFORMATION (IF ANY)
The supplier shall have experts with relevant traineeship and expertise on installation, integration and technical support of the products and solutions of the system. 
The supplier shall possess all required means and tools for accomplishment of assembly, integrating and commissioning works.
The supplier shall have experience on equipment commissioning at the situation centers of not less than 3 (three) years and mandatory licenses and/or permissions on conducting such works at restricted access facilities (sensitive sites) in compliance with the national legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 
Subcontracing such experience and licensed companies is allowed to the installation part.

Vendors interested in participating in the planned solicitation process should complete/submit the Vendor Response Form of this EOI either electronically or send it via fax or e-mail to United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime Regional Office for Central Asia (UNODC Programme Office in Kazakhstan) before the closing date set forth above.
