| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for a national Team leader and a national team member to supervise the contract implementation unit in the whole process of "Building community disaster monitoring and warning systems for 24 communes in 7 coastal provinces", from equipment procurement to construction and installation; improve, train, and hand over the system of works; ensure compliance with the construction process; and ensure the technical quality of the system.
