We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for "Implementing Partner for the UNDP’s Resilient Livelihood Restoration and Recovery Project for the super typhoon Rolly/Goni - Province of Albay”
Proposals may be submitted on or before, COB 11am), Monday, 11 January 2021 in one envelope to:

The following documents must be submitted in order for the submission to be considered:
- Technical and Financial Proposal - using the Proposal Template as per Annex 1
- Filled in form and documentation as per Annex 2 - Request for Information (RFI) template
- Filled in form and documentation as per Annex 3 – Capacity Assessment Checklist (CACHE) template
Only one submission per organization is allowed. Once the application is complete and submitted, revised versions of proposal documents will not be accepted.
Proposals, with supporting documents, should be submitted by 11 January 2021, 11 AM Manila time
