| Overview : The purpose of this procurement exercise is to contract an individual consultant who will provide intellectual and strategic policy support on rights-based governance systems as well as technical assistance to the Core Government Functions team in their support to country offices on enabling core government institutions at national and local levels to effectively respond to the ever-increasing demand for accessibility and quality services provided by these public institutions.
