The Accelerator Labs Network is comprised of 92 labs. While the expansion recently concluded, the Global Team has identified a need to provide Country Offices with support to fill vacancies on a rolling basis. While the labs were recruited as a team of 3, attrition has been observed across the network, as people have different opportunities and interests. In order for the Accelerator Labs to function as designed, all 3 roles need to be covered. .
The consultant will be expected to provide transparent and consistent interpretation of HR policies, as instructed by the Coordinator, Accelerator Labs Network The consultant will support Country Offices in the efficient delivery of services in support of implementation of People for 2030 and deliver Bureaux/Unit specific solutions in the Accelerator recruitments when requested. The Consultant shall promote a collaborative client-oriented approach, excellence in people management and contributes to foster staff engagement. S/he instills this approach and collaborates with CO HR focal points to facilitate the appropriate administration and delivery of recruitment processes. The Consultant will also be required to document and transfer knowledge through a case study on the recruitment process, as well as all tools and approaches used, to be shared with the Office of Human Resources and the Office of Information Technology, Bureau for Management Services.
