| Overview : Under the overall supervision and day to day management of the Deputy Director of Local Development Finance Practice, the consultant will contribute to the overall work of the Local Development Finance Practice Area, with focus on Monitoring and Evaluation and Quality Assurance, including corporate reporting on practice and program results, the development of measurement and data collection tools and methodologies for LDFP’s thematic programs, evaluation, program formulation, knowledge management and resource mobilization.
