The main objective of this assignment is to perform a number of activities related to validating, applying the further refining the De-risking Energy efficiency Investment (DEEI) methodology. The methodology is aimed at eliminating, reducing or compensating the risks born by the private investor in Energy Efficiency in Buildings and consequently making investments in EE in buildings more attractive, by providing an innovative approach in the form of public de-risking instruments that will create an enabled environment for private sector in energy efficiency investment. This public instrument package aims to achieve a risk-return profile for energy efficiency in buildings that can cost-effectively attract private sector capital.
