UPDATE 09/04/2021: UNDP Moldova hereby amends the Annexes 1.2 and 1.3 (BoQs) of the ITB and publishes the Amendment nr. 1 to the ITB and Amended BoQs (Romanian and English versions).

UPDATE 25/03/2021: UNDP Moldova hereby publishes the minutes of the pre-bid meeting, as of 23rd March 2021.

EU4Moldova: focal regions Programme, funded by the European Union and implemented by UNDP and UNCEF, invites interested companies which have demonstrated experience in the field of road construction in Moldova to carry out the works for construction of dry-type pedestrian fountain, repair of road pavement and construction of parking lots in Ungheni municipality, as part of the project "Reconstruction and revitalization of Ungheni Town Centre".

The Schedule of Requirements, volumes of works and bidding details are presented in the Invitation to Bid (ItB) document and its Annexes, available under the “Supporting documents” section.

On 23 March 2021 at 11:00 EU4Moldova: focal regions Programme will organise an on-line pre-bid meeting. Details and link to event are presented in the ITB document, Section 3.

On 24 March 2021 between 10:00-15:00 the EU4Moldova: focal regions Programme will organise visit on site. Bidders are encouraged to use this opportunity so as to provide accurate and well-developed bids. Bidders will arrange site visits at their own cost and shall coordinate their visit prior by informing Mr Vitalie VIERU, Project Officer/Infrastructure, EU4Moldova: Focal Regions Programme at vitalie.vieru@undp.org or +373 79 99 88 02.

Bid opening: Bidders will receive an automatic notification by e-mail once their Bids are opened.

Deadline for submitting bids is indicated in e-tendering module, in case of discrepancies, the date and time indicated in e-tendering must prevail. Once the deadline expired the submission is not available, thereby Bidders are encouraged to submit their bids well in advance so as to prevent any last moment technical deficiencies or networks shortages.
