UNDP kindly requests your quotation for the provision of IT Equipment as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ.

The companies are permitted for partial bidding.  Bidders are allowed to quote per LOT or all three LOTs.

LOT 1 – Purchase of Scanners

LOT 2 – Purchase of Multi-Function Printers

LOT 3 – Purchase of Laptops

This Request for Quotation comprises the following documents:

Section 1: This request letter

Section 2: RFQ Instructions and Data

Annex 1: Schedule of Requirements

Annex 2: Quotation Submission Form

Annex 3: Technical and Financial Offer

When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the RFQ Instructions and Data. Please note that quotations must be submitted using Annex 2: Quotation Submission Form and Annex 3 Technical and Financial Offer, by the method and by the date and time indicated in Section 2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline. Quotations received after the submission deadline, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation.

Documents uploaded in the system as part of your quotation must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected. 

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the eTendering system . Bids must be submitted in the online eTendering system in the following link:    https://etendering.partneragencies.org using your username and password.

If you have not registered in the system before, you can register now by logging in using

The step by step instructions for registration of bidders and quotation submission through the UNDP ATLAS e-Tendering system is available in the “Instructions Manual for the Bidders”, attached.

Please note that ATLAS has following minimum requirements for password:

1. Minimum length of 8 characters.

2. At least on capital letter.

3.  At least one number.

New bidder registering for first time, system will not accept any password that does not meet the above requirements and thus registration cannot be completed.

For already existing bidders whose current password does not meet the criteria, when signing in, system will prompt you to change the password, and it will not accept a new password that does not meet requirement.

The bidders are advised to use Internet Explorer (Version 10 or above) to avoid any compatibility issues with the e-tendering system.

No hard copy or email submissions will be accepted by UNDP.
