| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 02 national consultants to conduct a feasibility study on ecotourism opportunities in Quang Ngai province GCF1 project. The consultant team are expected to conduct a field survey in Quang Ngai province, and conduct office work remotely. The objectives of this assignment include: - A feasibility study to describe potential ecotourism opportunities for Binh Thuan commune, Binh Son district, Quang Ngai province. The study should involve the participation of different stakeholders (governmental agencies from provincial to commune levels, tourism companies, tour operators...), particularly local communities, and should cover social, economic, and environmental aspects for each opportunity - A plan or proposal for the implementation of the potential ecotourism opportunities identified through the above objective. The plan/proposal should include activities, timelines, required resources (human and finance), replication potential, how to contribute to broader Project goals/objectives, and any recommendations/lessons for sustainability Procurement Notice with enclosed TOR and evaluation criteria are in the attached files.
