Letter of invitation 

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) ref. 310-2021-HIST-ITB-INS-LTA for Procurement of Human Insulin.

Please submit the bids via the e-Tendering platform: https://etendering.partneragencies.org. Enclosed herewith the guideline for the bidders for using the e-Tendering system and you can also find the guides/videos available on eTendering Resources for Bidders on the UNDP internet webpage: https://www.undp.org/content/undp/en/home/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders.html.

To search the ITB in the e-Tendering system, please enter the followings:

      Business Unit: UNDP1
      Event ID: GPH3100000

In case you have forgotten your password then please do not create a new profile but rather use the “Forgotten password” function. The instruction on using the eTendering is attached hereto

The deadline for submission of bids is indicated in the e-tendering system of UNDP. Please note the time zone used in the system is EST/EDT (New York) time.

Kindly requesting you to submit an acknowledgment email to hist.procurement@undp.org advising whether you intend to submit a Bid. You may also utilize the ”Accept Invitation” function in the eTendering system.

Please make sure to submit all the required documents as mentioned in Section 6 of the ITB.

The pre-bid conference will be held on 26th April 2021 at 14:00 CET time via Zoom. To participate in Zoom pre-bid conference, please confirm your willingness to participate in the e-mail hist.procurement@undp.org with the subject 310-2021-HIST-ITB-INS-LTA and the zoom will be shared accordingly.
