| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for Senior International Expert on Quantitative Methodology and Governance Assessment for the research project “The Viet Nam Provincial Governance and Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI)” The main objective of this consultancy is to provide high quality technical inputs in terms of index construction methodology, and data processing and analysis for the research “The Viet Nam Provincial Governance and Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI)” in four phases: - Phase 1: 15 May 2021 – 30 April 2022
- Phase 2: 1 May 2022 – 30 April 2023
- Phase 3: 1 May 2023 – 30 April 2024
- Phase 4: 1 May 2024 – 30 April 2025 (with possible extension to 30 September 2025)
