| Overview : Country: Pakistan Description of the assignment: Services of Individual Contractor to assist the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police in revising Dispute Resolution Council (DRC) Rules Project name: Promoting Rule of Law and Enhancing the Criminal Justice System in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Newly Merged Districts and Balochistan Period of assignment/services (if applicable): The duration of the consultancy is 45 working days spreading over a period of four months, starting from signing of the contract inclusive of weekends and days off. Location: The consultant may be required to travel to UNDP and KP Police offices in Peshawar and Islamabad for relating meetings. However, UNDP is following the work from home modality and other COVID-19 related SOPs. Daily presence in office is not a requirement for this assignment.
