Overview : - Background
UN in The Gambia has installed a number of security equipment that include X-Ray machine, Walk Through Metal Detector and Perimeter Solar Lighting Systems, that require regular maintenance to ensure expected functionality (Preventive Maintenance) and also repair faults (Corrective Maintenance) to avoid interruption. To that end, the United Nations in The Gambia is desirous of soliciting proposals from experienced and professional companies in the area of maintenance of security and safety equipment to provide maintenance of the following equipment at the UN House in The Gambia. Companies can submit bids for ANY one of the following areas: LOT 1: Walk through metal detector, x-ray machine and access control LOT 2: Fire Extinguishers LOT 3: Perimeter Solar Lighting Systems - Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal should be submitted in accordance with Section 2 and to the following address: bids.gm@undp.org
