| Overview : The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is invites you to submit an offer for position of Electoral National Logistics Consultant through the e-tendering platform that requires the services of an individual to perform the work described in the above mentioned subject. In this regard, UNDP invites you to submit an Offer for the mentioned consulting services. To assist you in understanding the requirements of this assignment, we have attached hereto the following: a) The Terms of Reference for the assignment; b) The Letter of Confirmation of Interest and Availability, which you must accomplish and submit to UNDP, and c) The Individual Contract General Terms and Conditions, which will apply in the event you are selected for the assignment. d) Blank P11 This process is managed electronically through the UNDP online eTendering system: https://etendering.partneragencies.org. To acknowledge your participation in the bidding utilize the “Accept Invitation” tab in the e-tendering module. This will enable you to receive subsequent email notifications relating to this procurement. In case of any clarifications, kindly communicate with the focal person named in the solicitation document. Should you be interested and decide to submit an Offer for this assignment, kindly send your Offer no later than the date and time indicated in the online system. If you decide not to submit an Offer, we would appreciate if you would advise us accordingly, preferably indicating the reasons for declining this invitation.
