CONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENTIAL UNITS AT NGARANNAM, MAFA LGA, BORNO STATE - 5 LOTS (MULTI-CONTRACTS TENDERING PROCEDURE) This is a process for the Construction of 200 Residential building Units at Ngarannam located at Ngarannam, Mafa LGA, Borno State (Lat: 11.916924°; Long: 13.573721°) on both sides of the main road between Maiduguri - Mafa.
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject.

NOTE TO BIDDERS: THERE ARE FIVE (5) LOTS UNDER THIS PROCESS.
Pre-Bid conference will be Conducted online through Skype. Kindly refer to the tender document for more details. There will be no site visit scheduled. Bidders are encouraged to submit their tender well in advance to avoid any last moment technical deficiencies or networks shortages. Tenders remain secured and can only be access after the tender's closure date and time. Please ensure you upload a soft copy of your bank guarantee.

Your submission must be received on or before Close of Business stipulated in the Tender document.
It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the address above on or before the deadline. Submission that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. If you are submitting your quotation by email, kindly ensure that they are signed and in the .pdf format, and free from any virus or corrupted files.
