| Overview : The United Nations Development Programme in Jamaica is looking to engage an individual consultant to to develop a proposal for a licensing and quota framework for HFC in Jamaica, against the background of the Montreal Protocol and the Kigali Amendment. The consultant will report directly to the Programme Analyst, Capacity Development, UNDP Jamaica.
