| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for an international firm to measure and write a report on the innovation capacity of enterprises in Viet Nam with a focus on small and medium enterprises (SMEs) The main objective of the International firm is to measure the innovativeness of enterprises in Vietnam Procurement Notice with enclosed technical specification and other requirements are in the attached files.
