Overview :

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal Procurement Notice (RFP) for the above-referenced subject. 

RBLAC is looking to build on the achievements of this first generation of research centers and is preparing a second generation with a more specific variety of products and deliverables, based on the lessons learned from the first Network, with the possibility of re-engaging with institutions from the first generation and adding new ones depending on the capacity necessity.

This RFP includes the following documents:

File 1: Invitation Document

           • Annex I: Description of Requirements

           • Annex II: Terms of Reference

           • Annex III: Form for Submitting Service Provider´s Proposal

           • Annex IV: Model of Contract for Goods and/or Services and General Terms and Conditions for Services

 File 2: Application Form 

We kindly invite you to submit your offer for the UNDP LAC Research Center Experts’ Network 2nd Generation (6 vacancies available), as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFP Procurement Notice; when preparing your offer, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 3.
