| Overview : The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Botswana, in Gaborone, looking for offers from reputable, well established and experienced service providers duly incorporated under the Laws of the Republic of Botswana, to provide hotel/lodge accommodation, Conferencing/Meeting/Event Host and In-house Catering Services. The services will be provided at fixed prices for an initial period of 12 months, with possible extension for a further three (3) years upon satisfactory performance and delivery of the services. SCOPE OF SERVICES Interested companies can express interest and quote for ANY of the following services: • Lot 1: Conferencing/Meeting/Event Hosting Facilities • Lot 2: Accommodation (Room Reservation) - (3-star, 4-star and 5-star standard), • Lot 3: In-house Catering Facilities. |
