| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for A National firm/Institution/organization to develop a baseline report and data for M&E of ISEE-COVID project (Ref: T210705) Objectives: This assignment will provide the technical assistance in collecting the baseline information of the Social Impact Businesses and its ecosystem in Viet Nam, developing the data collection system, which will be used by UNDP and MPI on designing and implementing the project activities to meet the needs of the beneficiaries. This assignment is under a project “Leveraging Viet Nam’s Social Impact Business Ecosystem in Response to COVID-19 (ISEE-COVID)”, co-implement by UNDP and Agency of Enterprise Development (AED), Ministry of Planning and Investment, with sponsorship from the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) of Canada.
