The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Expanding functionality of the “Diia.gov.ua” portal. You are also invited to take part in a pre-bid conference, which will take place as follows: Time: 10-00 Date: August 6, 2021 Via Zoom Contact person: Procurement Unit In case of your interest, please provide your confirmation to take part in the pre-bid conference using e-mail procurement.ua@undp.org , clearly indicating number of tender (382-2021-UNDP-UKR-RFP-DIA-Expanding functionality of the “Diia.gov.ua” portal), your organization/ company, representatives/participants names, positions and contact information. Each representative/participant should have ID for security measures. Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, in preparing your Proposal.
Proposals may be submitted on or before 23:59 (Kyiv time) Monday, August 16, 2021 and via email to the only address below:
