| Overview : As part of UNDP and UNRCO delinking, UN Agencies in Lesotho wishes to restructure occupancy at UN House. UN Resident Coordinator’s Office will move from the third floor and occupy the ground floor; UNAIDs will move from the ground floor to the third floor; IOM will move from the third floor and occupy the second floor; UNDP will restructure its offices on the third floor. UNDP on behalf of other agencies invites interested Local contractor in Category A registered with Building Design Services of the Ministry of Public Works to submit their Expression Of Interest(EOI) (Builders applying for prequalification) in relation to upcoming tender (ITB) aimed at establishing contract of civil works to undertake the renovation works through dry wall partitioning at the Lesotho UN House. All companies that wish to participate in the process are required to submit all required document as per instructions below. The information provided will be used to access your company’s suitability to qualify for the next stage for Builders works mentioned in the EOI document. Interested Contractors are encouraged to submit their interest only if they meet the eligibility criteria checklist. Only Companies that have submitted EOI and meet the eligibility criteria will be considered for the Bidding stage. This EOI does not entail any commitment on the part of UNDP, either financial or otherwise. UNDP reserve the right to accept or reject any or all EOI without incurring any obligation to inform the affected applicant/s of the grounds.
