UNDP is looking for 03 consultants to Develop a handbook for mediators on professional skills in court-annexed dialogue and mediation.

The objective of this assignment is to support Supreme People’s Court of Viet Nam to develop a handbook on professional skills in court-annexed dialogue and mediation to equip mediators with knowledge and skills in this matter for effectively implementing the Law on Court-Annexed Dialogue and Mediation. The handbook approved by the Supreme People’s Court and UNDP will be disseminated to mediators through the SPC’s web portal and other relevant networks.

The activity will be carried out by two national legal consultants and one international legal consultant hired by UNDP in consultation with the SPC.

Three legal consultants will work together in a team.

Specific task of each consultant will be described in the TOR.

The selection will be on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
