United Nations in Brazil hereby invites qualified companies to submit proposals to provide services of Financial Institution to disburse payments and/or make financial transfers to multiple beneficiaries, who may hold accounts in different financial institutions, and open checking or payment accounts for a large number of individuals, including digital accounts.

The purpose of this notice is to provide general information on the requirements for the procurement process and to inform interested suppliers how to obtain a copy of the Solicitation Documents.

Interested companies who wish to participate must obtain a complete set of Solicitation Documents, available free of charge through the e-Tendering System https://etendering.partneragencies.org. Clarification requests shall be registered in the JOF Web Portal https://www.un.org.br or requested by e-mail: Licitacoes.jof@un.org.br

The Proposals must be submitted to the Corporative System e-Tendering https://etendering.partneragencies.org in strict compliance with the instructions as stipulated in the Solicitation Documents. Please indicate Ref. JOF 2756/2021 Event ID 0000010205 on all submissions.

JOF reserves the right to amend the tender documents at any time during the solicitation process. Any amendments or clarifications will be available in the e-Tendering System. No remuneration will be made to companies for preparation and submission of their Offers.
