| Overview : UNDP is seeking for 01National firm/organization carry out the survey on the application of service robots in healthcare facilities, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, and propose recommendations on the roadmap to develop robotic ecosystem as part of the healthcare sector digital transformation plan to 2025. The objective of this work is to support the Ministry of Health to understand more about the current application of the UNDP-donated robots on healthcare facilities, explore the needs of using service robots in healthcare settings to protect frontline healthcare staff against risks of infection; and from that, draw lessons and recommendations on the roadmap to develop the robotic ecosystem as part of the healthcare sector digital transformation plan to 2025.
