| Overview : We kindly request you to submit your Proposal to provide technical support for the preparation of Urban Vulnerability Targeting Guidelines for Comprehensive Disaster Risk Management Programme (CDRMP). The detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) is attached as Annex 4. Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, in preparing your Proposal. Proposals may be submitted on or before 1700 hours (Nepal Standard Time), Monday, September 27, 2021 and via email to procurement.np@undp.org. While submitting your proposal by email, kindly ensure that they are signed and in the .pdf format, and free from any virus or corrupted files. Proposals submitted by email must be limited to a maximum of 35 MB (each transmission), virus-free and no more than 6 email transmissions.
