| Overview : The UN Resident Coordinators Multi-country Office (MCO) in Jamaica is seeking a communications consultant to assist in the development and implementation of the Spotlight communications and visibility strategies, as well as communication for development (C4D) and social and behavior change communication (SBCC) activities. The consultant shall report to the Spotlight Programme Coordinator and work under guidance of the Programme Communications and Advocacy Officer. Proposals should be submitted in English by email no later than October 1st, 2021 at 15:00 (Jamaica time, UTC/-5), using the following subject line: IC 153248 RSC 2021 Communications consultant.
