Overview
The purpose of this procurement exercise is to contract an individual consultant who will develop a report synthesizing lessons from the global joint program, including what has been achieved, a brief description of how it was achieved, what worked well, what did not work well, and recommendations for future programming that addresses global crises. In addition, the report will examine the program’s effectiveness, focusing on the collaborative and cross-sectoral approaches at both national and international levels. Finally, the report will provide information on the program outputs (i.e., tools) and guidance on how to access them.
